Work in progress

Objectives of activities carried out:
The project management is carried out throughout the project period and ensures the correct development of the project activities and the achievements of the expected results.

Description of activities carried out:
PM1.1) Creation of all the templates for carrying out the activities
EuroEd offered support and feedback for creation of the templates according to the project needs. EuroEd use and support the implementation of the project at national level basing on the templates agreed.

PM1.2) Participation in Partners Meetings
EuroEd participated in 2 transnational meetings and worked in preparing the required presentations and materials to support the organization of the meetings.
EuroEd planned the participation in the 3rd meeting – setting up the team members, responsibilities, work to be done until the meeting, task to be held during the meeting, travel bookings.

PM1.3) Selection and involvement for the piloting phase
EuroEd supported UMF in selecting the target group and upload data on the project portal.
