Story of the object
Bust of Nicolae Leon (1862-1931) – naturalist, Professor and publicist, renowned european parasitologist for his scientific articles in international journals. In 2018, a building of the University of Medecine and Pharmacy „Gr. T. Popa” Iași was named after him, and in his honour, his memories and texts were published by the University’s publishing house.
